Tension in td cables during haitian quake.

    The haitian 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred on 12jan10 at 21:53 utc (17:53 ast local time). It is about 364 Miles from the center of the quake the ao observatory. The platform triangle is tensioned with tiedown cables (2 cables in each corner of the triangle). The tension is measured once a second from load ells mounted at the bottom attachment point of the tiedown cables.
