How to make yourself heard

There could be various reasons for which you may wish to contact us, (SMARG ). Depending upon the nature of this reson, this is what you can do:

1. If your observation is affeted by RFI:
An electronic (and/or hardcopy) RFI-complaint /report logging form is available here. This form is also available from ARTS-RFI , the operator at the Telescope (hardcopy), or by sending an e-mail to "rfi-gripe@naic.edu" (not yet in place).
If you are at the Observatory, we request your active cooperation in characterizing the RFI to help us identify the source as soon as possible and take necessary action.
2. If you need any PRCZ related information (guideline):

You may go back to our home page and look under PRCZ, or send an e-mail to prcz@naic.edu.
3. Any new source of potential RFI ?

If you know of any new services/installation coming up which you think might affect the operation of the Observatory, you may please contact us via e-mail: (rfi-grp@naic.edu)

1. Clean-up
2. Provide information on the current status of actions taken towards mitigating the reported problems. A searchable database is currently being developed.
3. Come back to you on PRCZ or spectrum management related issues as soon as possible.
