lidar xband radar test

21may13

21may13: turning radar on and off
21may13: az swing with radar on.

A marine xband radar has been adapted to be used that the lidar lab to search for planes. On 21may13 we did some test to see how strong the radar was in the xband receiver. An az swing was then done to see the variation with azimuth.

The first set of plots shows the radar on and off  (.ps) (.pdf):
The first set of dynamic spectra cover 9000 to 10,000 MHz while the radar is being turned on and off.
