oct11: Alfa c0,1az,3azfits after reinstall

Intro

    Alfa was reinstalled in the dome in sep11. Calibration runs were done in sep11,oct11 to measure any pointing offsets.
Fits were done: yerror=C0 + C1*sin(az-ph1) + C3*sin(3*az-ph3). After looking at the results, the alfa model was updated to correct for the constant offset term.

Setup:

    The heiles calibration scans were used to measure the pointing error. The setup was:

Processing:

    The pointing errors for beam0 in  az and  za were fit to:  A0 + A1*sin(az-ph1) + A3*sin(3*az - ph3)
