• set the leica prism offset to +34mm , set atmospheric correction to 0.
  
• center the leica on the AO9  pedestal, align it with the ao9 monument (below) and then level the theodolite.
• We used Horizontal, vertical and range for the display.
• The horizontal angle was arbitrary (we didn't align it with tower 12).
  
• There were two targets at each position.
• Normally a leica reflector was above, and one of the round primary reflectors (used for the survey)  was below.
• The leica could not see the round reflectors.
• Leica accuracy (from spec sheets on web)
  
• range : 2mm
• angle: 2,3, or 5 asecs ( [.0006,.0008,.0014 degrees)
• Depending on the tc800 model number (802,803,805).
  

The measurement sequence was:

• Measure the leica target (if the position had one)
• Do this for all of the target positions
• A second iteration was done using a sokia prism (with 0mm prism constant).
• We placed the prism in the center of each target (leica and round).

The table below has the measurement results :

• Top is the top target of each location
  
• Bottom is the bottom target of each location
• Hor-horizontal angle (deg)
• Ver- vertical angle (deg)
• RNG- range in meters
• Sheet: either leica sheet , or round target from dish survey
• PRISM: measurement done with sokia prism on top of sheets.

• the sheet and prism measurement of the top targets (where the top target was a leica sheet) agreed to the mm .. except for NE-02 where one of the 2 measurements was off (or i entered .690 rather than .790)
