we split the siggen signal. 1 set was sent to tx 5 (the reference). The other set was sent to each other tx 1 at a time to measure the phase difference.
8 Mhz rcp and lcp was measured followed by 5 mhz rcp,lcp

(1*). phase correction for:

180 deg to go from wt +phase to wt-phase. The phase generator phase of say 20 degrees lags (follows) the output at 0 degrees (measured by dana 19sep16).

(2*):180 Degree offsets if the cable lengths is not the same number of half wavelengths as the reference cable.
(3*):180 degree offset for radial dipole because we feed the dipole pointing inward
(4*). this is the theoretical phase to add to the waveform .. eg: cos(wt + phaseDeg*pi/180.)

In this column, positive phase means it comes before the reference.
