geoMoss monitor ..         1560 .. with this can't measure points?

geomoss monitor option 1.. 5480     needed to compute point positiions.. 5480

geomoss mon option 2 ..    2920     limit checks an messages.. allows us to dump ascii file
                                    of points in database.. 
                                    maybe we could do this writing a sql scripts..

geomoss sensor licences 3510       allows for 30 sensors.. need this for just 1 totstation.

geocom commands.. he will check if linux can write to serial port
                  about $800 for  the license...
                  - maybe do this and ignore geomoss?
