RTG Radar Timing Generator

Intro:
The Radar Timing Generator (RTG) generates timing
pulses that are used to trigger the RI A/D
system. The specs are:
- Sample rate 10Mhz/n n=1...128 (see manual for actual
slowest rate)
- output pulses: ipp,gw,gd,calwidth,caldelay
- can be driven by a fixed or drifted 20 Mhz clock
- Talks to the outside world via the 5 Mhz SBP (ShouldhaveBeen
Parallel) interface. This interface is driven by a vme bus
card.
