checked cable order by removing cables from dewar and watch signal come,go with byu system in spectrometer mode

feed thru dipole 17a damaged when putting cables back on the dewar. fully tightening the cables causes signal to drop out. left it finger tight. one of the 4 leaves of the feed thru female had gotten pushed in to the center.

i think jay switched the fpga code to use the full 8 bits (it had a 7 bit bug) before the galaxy on,off
