Start SFS - seems to go ok (file=0000)

Start first track on 1a (file 0001)
        - Missed start of LST!! - aborting!!
        - wow.. very difficult to abort, too many lines in 
        observing script.
        - created many spuirious files, 0002-0005 are trash

start again on 1a (lost 7 minutes) file 0006
                a few seconds late, but thats ok.

running strip 1b (file 0007) ok
running strip 2a (file 0008) ok
running strip 3a (file 0009) - ran out of time before scan was complete.
