A Mixed Mofongo of My Arecibo-Related Activities
I will present an overview of several projects I have started since becoming a postdoc at UC Berkeley. A significant amount of the data I have been analysing has been collected with the Arecibo Radio Telescope. Within the GALFA framework, I will discuss the TOGS project, as well as some observations taken in October 2005 that required non-standard GALFA procedures. Other Arecibo-related work is mostly archival, deriving from SERENDIP observations with the telescope's line feed. I will present preliminary results of the SETHI database, as well as related projects underway at the Space Sciences Lab in Berkeley.
