Dear Sir,

Please find attached the requested data files.  The format for all 3 are
the same, and is:
	column 1 = reference fractional MJD
	column 2 = data
	column 3 = ignore (special purposes in our software)
	column 4 = 1 if valid data, 1.e-12 if interpolated data

The file with the extension ".dat" is the unsmoothed data, ".xfl" is kalman
smoothed time differences, ".yfl" is kalman smoothed fractional frequency.
