Presumably the `isp[12]-acad-nat1.u[nion.edu]' logins are yours.
The names suggest that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is using
a translated ("NAT") network address for your external access. This is
usually implemented on a perimeter router, which could get overloaded
if there are too few address translations available in the pool. It
may be worthwhile to check with your network people if this is happening,
and perhaps get them to increase the size of the NAT pool.

UID PID PPID CLS PRI STIME TTY TIME CMD a2010 18083 18081 TS 24 08:06 ? 00:00:00 Xvnc :4 -desktop dataview.naic.edu:4 (a2010) -httpd /usr/share/vnc/cKill the job by typing "kill -9 18083", where you substitute the appropriate process ID number (PID) for 18083 in the example. Type "ps -ecf" again to see if the process is now gone and/or if there are any other VNC processes belonging to "a2010". If there are, kill them likewise. Note that other users may have abandoned processes too; you can only clean up the ones belonging to "a2010", but your good housekeeping will be appreciated by others.
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webadmin@naic.edu and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.this is occurring because the CIMALOG is very large, and the web service will not handle it. This often happens on runs of significant length when one or more beams are dead and lots of errors appear. Don't worry about it; there is nothing we can do about it. If you cannot view the observing file or the fits file lists, double check that the files are in the proper location and the read permissions are properly set to include "others". If the permissions are wrong, reset them using the linux command "chmod ogu+r FILE".
