Notes:

TOGS run at start (no good? -- see comments below) and end of run.

The TOGS at start of run looked fine from Cornell (no error messages), but Willy (operator)
   reported after TOGS sequence completed that he thought there was a problem.
    operator chat window comments:
      21:48:04>I had to restart TOGS, the values didn't look right at first.
      21:49:28>Are you sure the TOGS is running? It's not putting out the 5, 10, 15 etc
      21:50:19>I also get an "address already in use" message.
      21:51:05>the full message was as follows:
      21:51:32-55>"Listen on TCPPort: address already in use" "thread exit" "running in frame buffer"
      21:53:50>vncviewer isn't running either. No plot.
      22:14:07>Snezana is going to check out togs.
    operator later reported that Snezana had fixed problem that our beginning TOGS weren't good, 
       but this shouldn't affect our drifts.
Operator said TOGS at end of night looked fine.

WAPP ERROR three times during our drifts.  First one comes on first drift, 
    second and third come back to back, so only one break in data.
    Gap in RA coverage 00:16 - 00:29
