Notes: 
TOGS not run at start due to delay -- problem with WAPPs.
WAPP error message at the start of the night: "WAPP=4-wapprt: ERROR failed to bind to socket!"
Reported to operator; Mikael needed to restart WAPP 4, and reported that WAPP 4 "might have
a bad disk in the RAID system," should not affect ALFALFA datataking.

But then the ALFA rotation was stuck at 26.71, so Mikael was called again.
Problem quickly resolved.

At 0035 LST, operator reports "brake failure" with Gregorian; it had stopped but only briefly

Chip count errors continue sporadically.
