Notes:
TOGS completed at the beginning of the run.  TOGS window shows many overflows, beams 3 & 5.
Accidently started command_galfasrc rather than command_galfacurpos at end.  Aborted and
started command_galfacurpos while slewing.  Hung on 'EXEC waittrk 5'.
Aborted again, and galfa_curpos continued with Gregorian at outer ZA limit.
