NOTES:

** NO successful TOGS since had WAPP(1) failure twice when running TOGS at 
end of run (as scheduled). **

WAPP(1) failed during initial setup, before any data taken.

WAPP(1) failed 20:31:34 AST during CAL for drift 0004.  Aborted.  Had to log out of
CIMA so Arun could restart WAPP(1).

** Drift 0004 has different size than normal.  So decide NOT to run 
post-session filecreator on drifts 0003 and 0004. **

Tiedowns disabled for entire run -- platform remained stable.  

Heavy rain and thunder and high winds during most of run, especially middle.

Useful data over LST range 0101 to 0322 -- no problems in this interval.

But WAPP(1) failure twice when running TOGS at end of run.  Unable to try 
a third TOGS since next program needed to start.
