NOTES:

TOGS ran at end only (as scheduled).  Note, WAPPS failed prior to end of run TOGS.

WAPPS failed during CAL after drift 0021.  Drift ok, but CAL not.  Otherwise no problems.

Because WAPPs failed after 3 LST, we did get our needed sky coverage.

Early start since previous program had WAPP failures. Quick start since
scope already at 180 degrees.
