NOTES:

TOGS ran at end only (as scheduled).

No problems.

Quick start since scope already at 180 (540) degrees.

Rain and lightning at start of run.  Frequent lightning shows up in
total power and waterfall plots.

Tie downs disabled at 00:18 LST (0:22 AST) near start of first drift due to frequent
lightning.

Tie downs enabled 02:08 LST, 02:12 AST during drift fits #0012.  Stopped raining and
lightning about 15 minutes ago.  Radar map shows storm now out to sea.
