NOTES:
TOGS ran at start and end.

During TOGS, aborted twice (wrong start RA -- TB errors.)

At the begining of the run we weren't getting any data from channel
2B, so aborted first drift. Phil Perillat found a cable unplugged from
WAPP in WAPP room. He plugged it back in!  We were able to start before 22
LST, which is fine.  This did NOT affect the beginning of run TOGS.  

Checked Power Levels almost continuously throughout night (with four
observers, someone was checking it nearly every drift!!).

Beam 1 Pol B now fine - power levels fine and stable (system was warmed
up, then recooled, since last run).
