Notes:  TOGS not run at start since AGES session was canceled and no time
was left for TOGS.
Late start -- WAPP-2 failed to adjust power at start of observing, and CIMA
automatically stops all the WAPPs when that happens.  Mikael tried for ca.
1 hr to solve the problem, then suggested I run without WAPP-2.  Beams 2 & 3
have no data.
TOGS not run at end because of WAPP-2 failure.
