Notes:
(1) We lost half of an hour at the beginning of the run to cover ALFA.

(2) WAPPS got confused during the first 0003 fits file (observations had to be 
aborted, WAPPs and CIMA restarted).  I got the error: "WAPP(3) ERROR counts 
dont match for chip" followed by a number.  After restarting the waterfall 
plots showed no data even after restarting Quicklook several times.  A direct 
look at the data files showed they were being generated.  The waterfall 
plots began working again about 20 minutes after data taking re-started.
