Notes:
(1) We lost 20 minutes at the beginning of the run to uncover ALFA and to 
unwind the telescope.

(2) Power was switched from emergency generator to commercial within the last 
40 seconds of the drift 0031 (at 1521 LST).  We lost pointing for a few seconds 
and the screen showed "Tiedown failure" for those few seconds.  Before the next 
drift began, everything (tracking, pointing, tiedowns, power levels, waterfall 
plots) seemed to be back to normal.
