NOTES:
1. beam 4 and 5: freq. range appears to be -50 to 50 MHz, all other beams ok. 
   Everything looks ok in other screens (no errors or warnings). I can see the FAA radar
   and the Galaxy, but the spectrum looks reversed -- it looks like the same 
   freak incident that happened on Nov. 1 2006. Exactly like last time, things went back 
   to normal with the beginning of the next drift. 
   ** FITS header fixed by BC on 2006.12.10.
