Notes:

- WAPP Errors at beginning during TOGS.  Had to abort, restart, and skip TOGS.

- "Error - Spectral line flushing problem" at 21:58:06 - 
  problems "seemed to clear itself" and kept going.  
  However, files, 25 and 26 have, acoording to
  the waslist routine, "single partial records" on some of the boards.  File 27 appears OK.

- Due to previous WAPP Error at beginning, TOGS not completed at end.
