We lost the first hour due to a problem with WAPP4; operator contacted Mikael
Computer was unable to communicate with WAPP4 (though the WAPP itself was functioning)
Power recycling fixed the problem, but it took a while!
Problem with WAPP4 prevented any power adjustments or observations; CIMA
would abort the operation (failed on TOGS cal and later on A2010 after clicking "adjust power")

I started a new session of CIMA after the fix, to prevent any WAPP confusion.
