                 The Instituto Olimpico de Taekwondo  is
a nonprofit professional sports
organization incorporated to the Dept. of
    State, and the World Taekwondo Federation in Korea (WTF). Our mission is to teach Taekwondo, in the Olympic Style, emphasizing in physical and mental development of children, youngsters and adults of all sexes. Auto-esteem, self-confidence, ability to protect, physical fitness and discipline, are some of the benefits that students acquire when they join our Taekwondo training program. Our system is very dynamic, fun, pleasant and most of all, effective. By applying modern methods of training with plyometrics, combined with our basic Taekwondo training, we provide our students with the necessary tools for an excellent sports development. Contributing this way to create "Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body".
