With the the Angel Ramos Foundation Conference Center and Visitor Center and the new North Visiting Scientist Quarters (NVSQ), Arecibo Observatory can host meetings for up to 40 participants ( housed on site) or up to 120 participants if outside housing and appropriate transportation is also used.

The Conference Center offers a state-of-the-art meeting facility. The large auditorium in the Visitor Center can seat up to 120 persons .

General considerations

Meeting with housing on site can accommodate a maximum of 40 visitors
(double occupancy) or 22 (single occupancy)

For larger meeting which require off-site housing at local hotels (30 min to 1 hour driving time) rental vans with drivers would be needed.
