NAIC Policy Regarding Page Charge Support
NAIC budget permitting, for U.S.-based scientists able to show “conditions of demonstrable hardship”, NAIC can contribute towards publication costs for papers reporting original observations made with the Arecibo telescope. Publication support cannot be provided for investigators not based in the U.S.A. and its dependencies.
