The Tcal data was fit to a high order polynomial. You can download the fit parameters here: ALFA_POLY_FITS.tar.gz. The tar file contains some explanatory notes as well as the Fortran program which calculated the fit parameters. In the table below, the files with the label Tcal_1 refer to the measurements taken on tJD 53228, and Tcal_2 refer to the measurements taken on tJD53278.
