atm data online at AO

Intro.

    I went through looking for atm data that are online at AO (22mar23).  Rather than scanning the /share/projdir/  i
started at the /share directories that looked like destinations for atm files. The /share/projdir  list most likely have links
into these /share/directories. After going through these dir i found atm data files that were not included in the /share/projdir listings.

For the directories found i've tried to specify the kind of data found and a possible way to get an asciii dump  of  the headers.

The dir structure tells when it was taken:
gr/2019-10-12T05-25-03/ dir with 1 hr of data
(3600 1 sec files).

Computed from:
usrp data: usually 25Mhz bw
echotek: normally 2 5Mhz bands
Normally 10 sec  integrations.
Each  10sec  integration has:
  • xxx.dcd  binary spectra
  • xxx.hdr  ascii header
x101/atm/clpgpu, clpshs for processing scripts


plasma line spectra:
  •  usrp
nnnnnnnnn.dcd  binary spectra
nnnnnnnnn.hdr  ascii header file
where nnn...nn is the seconds from 1970 for
the start of the integration
plasma line spectra computed from usrp data.
  • Normally 10sec integration.
  • 25Mhz  bandwidth


plasma line spectra:
  • echotek
proj_yyyymmdd_nnn.mmm.hdr/dcd
  • nnn is file number of input rawdata file
  • mmm is the integration block within file
plasma line spectra computed from usrp data.
  • Normally 10 sec integration
  • normally 2 5Mhz bandwidths.
