-dataformat: ieee complex floating point data: 4bytes Read, 4 bytes Imaginary for each sample
-sampling rate .125 usecs
-bw: 8mhz
-complex samples per file: 96,000,000  or 12 seconds of data
-radar period is 12 seconds.
-radar blanks when it points at AO and when it points at the airport.
-filename contains center frequency of each band and polarization (A,B) are the 2 linears.
