Intro:

    The 19jan16 road trip that dana and i took showed that the Radio Redentor tower (above Utuado) had internet providers transmitting below the 5150 bottom edge of the U-NII band.

    Angel contacted the tower engineer and scheduled a test for friday 29jan16.
