These are the horn
locations sitting on top of the rotatary floor and looking toward the secondary.
They were measured by placing a metal short over each horn and seeing which
of the signals changed at the alfa monitor port in the control room. The
beam positions on the sky are reflected through the center pixel.
Pixel 1 is lower in za (closer to ao lattitude) on the rotatary floor.
On the sky pixel one is farther away from ao lattitude than pixel 0 (eg
if az was north/south then the declination of pixel 0 is closer to aoLattitude
than pixel1).
