Measured operating values

The table below contains the measured meter and drive values while tx's were in use.

Columns/abbreviations:

tx/otx: transmitter number 1..6. otx:other tx on at the same time (only meaningful for sky)
date, S/D : S =sky, D= dummy load
drv dbf: rf drive as db full scale from gui (see calibration plots 151021:gui synth driver)
pwr: KW is kilowatts (computed from rf coupler curves). dbm is the coupler value measured by spectrum analyzer.
RP: reflected power read from meter (before dividing by 10.)

this will trip at 100 (100/10 = 10kw)

FP/RP: foward power/reflected power (as read from the meters)
BB: broad band linear amplifier in watts
tube elements: voltage, current for each tube stage (scrn,cathode only have currents)

V = Volts, A= amps, mA=milliamps

cGrid: control grid. The voltage values are the bias voltages
scrGrid: screen grid.
cath A : cathode..

Range and minimum values come from p 6-231 ->
Tubes shall never be operated at voltages lower than:

ipa 4cw10,000b: 6.2V
drv: 4cw25,000b: 5.4 V
pa: 4cw150,000e: 14.5 V
Failure to comply will result in depletion of thorium, the emitting element...
see 6-6.3.10.2 pg 6-232 for adjustment.

Daily Notes:

151027: ipa monitor on scope was glitching. same as 151026. will replace tube.
151028: ipa tube was replaced. ran for 30 minutes, only saw a few glitches.
there are taps on the filament transformer. the table below shows the %error of the current values. You can use them to decide how many taps to move on the transformer.
