Intro

The hf campaign ran 09nov15 thru 14nov15 21:4. it used the 5 Mhz system. The 430 Mhz transmitter was used as a diagnostic (in single and dual beam modes).

AO recorded ion line, plasma line using:

radar interface recorded standard ion line
echotek recorded 2 5mhz bands centered at -5.5, + 5.5 Mhz
the usrp was used to record 1 mhz and 25 Mhz bands
the lidar lab and optical lab also recorded data during the run

Paul bernhardt brought an SEE recorder and ran it for a few nights. He also had 2 satellite passes (that went close to the heater beam).

looking at the data bandpasses:

looks like -5.5 went to the dome and +5.5 went to the ch.. needs further checking

regular blanking pulse changed 192usec -> 109 usecs...

10:44 tx 2 dropped out.. running with only 5 hf xmiters
10:48 usrp 1 MHz recording starts (but setup was incorrect till 12:45)
11:18 moved az to 340 (looking for spot with fewer noise bursts)
11:23 last hf tx nudge to try and reduce noise bursts.. no changes after this.

i had been using the 260 MHz front panel output on if/lo..
The problem was that the 30 to 260 MHz upconvert is after this front panel output.. so prior to this we were looking at the dome rcvr (with no tx from dome)
took crr2 30 mhz output and upconverted to 260 with mixer,
