    Platform ethernet (top)

        The platform ethernet originates in the rfi crate cpu rfip1. It goes via patch cable PA9,10 to RP1.port6. RP1.port5 goes upstairs to RP2 via C1.11,13.
        The ip net is 192.160.175.000 . The cpu names are:
  • pntp1 in rfi crate. platform0 is the host name for ifconfig on the ethernet port.
  • PA11 rx@rfip1 ->PA.9 ->RP1.tx6
  • PA12 tx@rfip1 -> PA.10->RP1.rx6
  • RP1: The repeater in the receiver room.

  • RP1.tx5 -> B1.C1.12 -> B2.12 -> RP2.rx11 repeater in dome

  • RP1.rx2 -> B1.C5.12 -> TD12
  • RP2: The repeater in the dome:

    Note: 12oct06: rp2 fails. we used a fiber barrel to jump port 11 input to port 12 input so the dewar monitoring would work. All the other ports won't work till we replace the repeater.
