Removing DC from usrp clp data

    When processing the clp data (from the usrp's) the  steps are:

    Ideally you would like the computation of DC to cover a period longer than any oscillations in the data (say 16ms for 60hz). This could be done by preprocessing the data:


    The current code removes DC on an ipp by ipp basis. A test was done to see the variation in DC from this processing.
